Refund Policy
Cancellations
After you place an order, you will have three (3) hours to cancel it. Once this time has elapsed, orders can no longer be cancelled, nor can a refund be issued.
Refunds
If you place an order and cancel within three (3) hours, a full refund will be issued to you.
Returns
Ricsi Roo Publishing cannot accept returns. Our service provides a print-on-demand service and each order is custom printed. If there is a manufacturing defect, at our discretion we may accept a return and replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us with any questions if you believe your has a manufacturing defect. Please note that damage in shipping may occur and is not a result of improper manufacturing.
