Shipping Policy
The Basics
Our printer, Lulu, provides print-on-demand services, requiring 3 - 5 business days for production before shipping. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed, potentially taking up to 6 weeks due to various factors like customs delays or incorrect addresses. For US PO Boxes, use USPS; military addresses must also use USPS. Additionally, orders cannot be shipped to multiple addresses in one order. International shipments may incur local duties and taxes, which are the recipient's responsibility.
Minimum Orders
There is no minimum (or maximum) order. You can purchase any number of copies you need and distribute books themselves at schools, festivals, events, or give them away as gifts.
Damaged, Defective, or Missing Items

Untraceable Orders
Untraceable orders may take up to 28 days to arrive, after the normal printing and production time required. If an untraceable order has not arrived after 28 days, please contact us at sales@ricsiroo.com for assistance.
